Love which leads to eternal life is not simply a fleeting emotion, but rather it is a deeper recognition and understanding of the divine. This recognition leads to a sense of awe and reverence, and a desire to serve and give back to God and to humankind.
True spiritual love involves both emotion and intellect, combining heartfelt devotion with thoughtful and active commitment to the good of all. By recognizing and responding to the divine within us and in the world around us, we can cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in our lives, and ultimately find fulfillment and eternal life.
